Robotics 5/6 class

Our school had been challenged to create a robot to use to battle against other schools. Ms O'grady was overseeing our project. Five pupils from 5th and 6th would be chosen to go to Sligo to compete against other schools. The school chose Fintan, Cian, Nuadha, Kevin and Tommy. The whole of 5th and 6th were working on the set now the chosen five had to work on the robot. It was very difficult making the arms as we only had two weeks to complete the robot. On the 20th of January we headed to Sligo to compete. After a few quick fix-ups we placed 7th in the competition. We are very proud of our work. by Fintan D.
